The reason is that migrating to OBIA 11 is a challenging task due to major change in middleware tools used to build the Datawarehouse.

As a middleware administrator, it is very important to perform regular backup of your middleware components , including DAC .

Action Plan :

1-Export Metadata :

  1. Login in to DAC client ,Enter to DAC Administration Console -> Tools -> DAC Repository Management -> Export

2.Select categories and application list below :

DAC Repository Management

3.Select the Backup folder to export to .

4.Click OK
